Establish a complete program for the monitoring of the environment together with complete analytical standards in accordance with US EPA regulations. This included the provision of a complete line of analytical equipment, instrumentation, and systems. ICS commissioned the system and provided training for the end-user technicians and engineers. ICS is providing the after sales service for the next two years.
Due to unique expertise in identification of the most cost-efficient products, ICS Technologies, Inc. has been awarded procurement and system integration contracts for a total value of over US $9,000,000. This program was launched by VP Gore and consisted of 45 small contracts. ICS was awarded 15 of these contracts. These projects were located in ten different cities in Russia. ICS had to mobilize the personnel in Russia and associated itself with Sun Computer Systems, Digital Corporation, Silicon Graphics, Varian Corporation of Palo Alto California, and Geophysical Data Systems of Moscow. At the same time ICS established its office in Moscow, Russia. This office provided in country support for ICS to manage all contracts in Russia.

ICS was awarded this Task Order to establishment comprehensive Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for three major environmental laboratories in Moscow, Tumen and Magadan. The laboratories we constructed and equipped with systems in accordance with United States EPA regulations. The laboratories included the provision of several equipment and instrumentation including servers, computers, printers, gas chromatographs, spectrometers, spare parts, etc. ICS installed the instrumentation, commission, and train end-user staff. ICS also provided after sales service for the next two years.
